Operating principle and requirements

The IT Network is anchored on two Telegram channels: Shards Network & Shards Staff. The name 'Shards' embodies the principle of numerous instances collaborating to enhance overall performance, similar to how sharding boosts the Ethereum blockchain's efficiency.

All participants undergo a selection process. Initially, they complete an entry form, followed by an introductory call with a Partnership Coordinator. If no issues arise during these stages, they are then invited to join the network.

Shards Network

Here teams can share requests for all services mentioned above. You can do it by filling special forms. Next, requests go through the moderation process and are posted in the channel.

Shards Staff

Is the outstaff channel where teams can post resumes of available developers (showcase for potential clients). The process of posting is the same as for Shards Network.
